Dying to be changed!

There is talk in the New Testament of our physical bodies being changed and transformed into glorious spiritual bodies like Jesus Christ's. I wonder if people confuse the physical for the same as the carnal nature - they aren't one and the same. If you think that people who have been living according to their carnal nature will be changed into a spiritual form like the angels and Jesus Christ you are mistaken because the New Testament clearly teaches that if you live after the flesh (carnal nature) you will DIE. No, flesh and blood will not inherit the Kingdom of God, only those who have in their physical bodies crucified the flesh and walk in the spirit daily, in-Christ partaking of the Divine nature. Them and them alone will be changed as long as they abide in Him right up until He returns from Heaven. There is no way round this. Theological 'understanding' or the holding and confession of creeds will avail you nada. Only a New Creation and it's nourishment, growth and maturity matters and will inherit Eternal Life.

For our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ: Who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body, according to the working whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself. PHILIPPIANS 3:20,21

For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live. ROMANS 8:13.

Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption. 1 CORINTHIANS 15:50

And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts. GALATIANS 5:24

While it is said, Today if ye will hear his voice, harden not your hearts, as in the provocation. HEBREWS 3:15

In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins: COLOSSIANS 1:14

But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption: COLOSSIANS 1:30

Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust. 2 PETER 1:4

For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep. 1 THESSALONIANS 4:15

And now, little children, abide in him; that, when he shall appear, we may have confidence, and not be ashamed before him at his coming. 1 JOHN 2:28
