FAITH, HOPE and LOVE:

He is the Rock, his work is perfect: for all his ways are judgment: a God of truth and without iniquity, just and right is he. DEUTERONOMY 32:4 KJV.

No distrust made him waver concerning the promise of God, but he grew strong in his faith as he gave glory to God ROMANS 4:20 RSV.

Hezekiah trusted in the LORD God of Israel; not one of the kings of Judah was like him, either before him or after him. 2 KINGS 18:5 KJV.

At the same time he was also hoping that money would be given to him by Paul. For this reason he sent for him quite often and conversed with him. ACTS 24:26 KJV.

Jacob loved Rachel, so he answered Laban, "I'll work for you seven years for your younger daughter Rachel." GENESIS 29:18 KJV.

And Jesus looking upon him loved him, and said to him, "You lack one thing; go, sell what you have, and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven; and come, follow me." MARK 10:21 RSV.

CREATION:

9 And God said, "Let the waters under the heavens be gathered together into one place, and let the dry land appear." And it was so. 10 God called the dry land Earth, and the waters that were gathered together he called Seas. And God saw that it was good. 11 And God said, "Let the earth put forth vegetation, plants yielding seed, and fruit trees bearing fruit in which is their seed, each according to its kind, upon the earth." And it was so. 12 The earth brought forth vegetation, plants yielding seed according to their own kinds, and trees bearing fruit in which is their seed, each according to its kind. And God saw that it was good. 13 And there was evening and there was morning, a third day. GENESIS 1:9 - 13 RSV.

THANKSGIVING:

Lord, thankyou for music - musical instruments, musicians and singers. I am not a musician but I appreciate the skills musicians have developed in order to play instuments well. Songs can stir and move us in a unique way - thankyou for God honouring music and musicians and singers and that I am able to hear them in the first place!
